Orders will be sent via courier (Yodel/DHL/Evri) or Royal Mail on a 2-3 working day service. Packing your pottery to be 'Ready to Ship’ will take a little time but it should be posted within 3 working days of placing your order. A confirmation email will be sent once it is dispatched. If you have a specific deadline e.g. birthday or anniversary, then do let me know in the buyer’s notes and I will do my best to try and get your order to you on time.
Unfortunately sometimes an item will take longer to arrive due to courier delays. If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately and we can chase this up with the courier.
USA & European Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For (£10 flat rate) which takes 7 - 10 working days but please allow up to 14 working days as services can vary depending on location. During busy periods such a Christmas and holidays this timescale can sometimes double due to customs and extra workloads for local mail services. These delays are beyond my control and I can not be held responsible for them. Delivery to the rest of the world is £15 flat rate. The delivery time for international orders will vary according to location. Please note: All international customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping of your order. This is out with my control and you will be contacted directly by the shipping company used. Unfortunately as a small business it is not possible for me to take these costs on myself.
Each item of pottery is carefully described, so do please read the descriptions for dimensions, usage and care instructions etc. All these ceramics are carefully made by hand in small batches so the dimensions can vary from batch to batch. Ordered items are closely matched to the pictures in the shop listings but due to the nature of clay, variation in glazing and firing process they may be different in size, colour or finish. Please check the vessel’s dimensions in the listing before placing your order.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is undamaged and unused. You are responsible for the careful return of the item and I will not be able to issue returns for undelivered or damaged items. It is advisable that you use a recorded delivery service, purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the item and retain proof of postage. Please contact me here for queries or to arrange a return. Shipping for unwanted items is non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If any of the items in your order are faulty or damaged, then please fill in our contact us form here within 14 days of your order being delivered, and our customer services team will assist further to provide a returns label where necessary. Return shipping of faulty or damaged items is covered by us.
We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items. If you wish to return an item, please fill in our contact us form here within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
